Riccardo Magini is a Ph.D. Candidate in Philosophy taught in English at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in Bulgaria, with a dissertation in Philosophy of Culture in the consumerist society.
The research includes motifs as symbols, cultural memory, and consumerist culture.
His interests are in Hermeneutics concerning literature as philosophy and philosophy as literature from philological and philosophical points of view, as well as in comparative philosophy between Indo-Tibetan and Western Philosophy.
Hermeneutical studies are also applied to Communication, especially in commercial advertising and cultural interpretations.
He earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Modern Philology at the University of Tuscia in Viterbo (Italy).
